Bespoke Residential Development, Wealden AONB

Project stages undertaken – full panning, discharge of conditions, technical design & on site assistance.

This bespoke detached residential development in Wealden was delivered from full planning approval and discharge of conditions through to detailed technical design and on-site support. Working collaboratively with both our client and the local authority, the scheme achieves high-specification, energy-efficient homes while preserving the established rural character of the area.

The two dwellings occupy former garden land, carefully reimagined to create generous family homes within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The architecture responds sensitively to its context, incorporating traditional clay tiling and brickwork that reflect the distinctive vernacular of the locality.

Arranged over three floors, the accommodation features open-plan living at ground level and well-proportioned bedrooms above, with upper floors designed to take full advantage of expansive views across the Weald.
